BTW…Im getting a little tired of reading on instagram..
Anywho, the challenge is simple:
1) Make a diet plan for yourself using as few processed foods as possible.
2) Exercise EVERYDAY!
So, Ive been holding to the goals I set for myself. Doing pretty good.
I find it difficult to workout with three kids. Today, there was NO time, so I set my timer for 10 mins and ran as fast as I could up and down my stairs.
I couldnt breathe afterwards! LOL
